National Event Rental LLC may be referred to as “National Event Rental” or the ‘Company” interchangeably in the legal documents for this Web Site.

We do not charge event-goers or owners to access  or list on NationalEventRental.com. This website, however, is only to be used by an event-goer or owner, and any use by a person or entity for any purpose other than the research and subsequent booking of an event rental is strictly prohibited. By visiting and using this site you are subject to all of the Terms and Conditions of this site.

1) Personal use
The site must not be used for any reason other than to view or make legitimate inquiries to listers regarding your interest in particular event rental properties, or to NER advertisers.

2) Downloading of information from the Web site
As a part of the rental inquiry process, for your own purposes and not for further distribution, you may download, display, or print one (1) copy of any portion of National Event Rental content. You may not modify the Content in any way, and you must reproduce the National Event Rental copyright notice in the form “Copyright 2007-2009 National Event Rental, Inc. - All Rights reserved” as displayed on the relevant page(s) that you might download or wish to copy.

3) Unauthorized use
Unless otherwise provided within these Terms and Conditions, or unless specific applicable law requires National Event Rental to allow you to do so, you may not do any of the following without the prior written consent of National Event Rental:

IN NO EVENT WILL NATIONAL EVENT RENTAL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF, BASED ON, OR RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, ANY TRANSACTION ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE, OR THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY NATIONAL EVENT RENTAL, EVEN IF NATIONAL EVENT RENTAL HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBLITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. THESE LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS APPLY WITHOUT REGARD TO WHETHER THE DAMAGES ARISE FROM (1) BREACH OF CONTRACT, (2) BREACH OF WARRANTY, (3) STRICT LIABILITY, (4) TORT, (5) NEGLIGENCE, OR (6) ANY OTHER CAUSE OF ACTION, TO THE EXTENT SUCH EXCLUSION AND LIMITATIONS ARE NOT PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICES PROVIDED, YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ANY OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, OR HAVE ANY OTHER DISPUTE OR CLAIM WITH OR AGAINST NATIONAL EVENT RENTAL WITH RESPECT TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, ANY TRANSACTION ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE OR THE SERVICES, THEN YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE SERVICE.

5) Release
YOU HEREBY AGREE TO RELEASE, REMISE AND FOREVER DISCHARGE NATIONAL EVENT RENTAL, AND ITS AFFILLIATES, PARTNERS, SERVICE PROVIDERS, VENDORS, AND CONTRACTORS AND EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND ALL OTHER RELATED PERSONS OR ENTITIES FROM ANY AND ALL MANNER OF RIGHTS, CLAIMS, COMPLAINTS, DEMANDS, CAUSES OF ACTION, PROCEEDINGS, LIABLITIES, OBLIGATIONS, LEGAL FEES, COSTS, AND DISBURSEMENTS OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, WHETHER KNOWN OR UNKNOWN, WHICH NOW OR HEREAFTER ARISE FROM, RELATE TO, OR ARE CONNECTED WITH YOUR USE OF THE WEBSITE, ANY TRANSACTION ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE, OR THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY NATIONAL EVENT RENTAL.   THIS RELEASE INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:  ANY LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF ANY TRANSACTION, ARRANGEMENT OR RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN A PROPERTY OWNER AND A RENTER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY DAMAGE OR HARM TO A LISTED PROPERTY CAUSED BY A RENTER, ANY FAILURE BY A RENTER TO MAKE ANY PAYMENT, ANY UNAVAILABILITY OF OR THE CONDITION OF A LISTED PROPERTY, OR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE SUFFERED BY A RENTER OR A RENTER’S GUESTS OR INVITEES.

6) Inquiries
When you use National Event Rental to send an inquiry to an advertiser, you agree to allow National Event Rental or its affiliated websites to add your email address to our database of customers. You will receive at least one promotional email from either National Event Rental or its affiliated websites. You are welcome to opt not to receive emails from National Event Rental or its affiliated websites at any time.


Disclaimer

National Event Rental makes no representation or warranties that any of the information published on National Event Rental is accurate or up-to-date even in the case where visitors have searched for specific special offers, dates, or types of properties.

National Event Rental does not warrant that the operation of the National Event Rental site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

In no event shall National Event Rental be liable to the lister/advertiser for any special, consequential, incidental or indirect damages, including lost profits.

National Event Rental does not screen renters.  National Event Rental is only a listing service and is not responsible for any liability arising out of any transaction, arrangement or relationship between a property owner and a renter, including without limitation any damage or harm to a listed property caused by a renter, any failure by a renter to make any payment, any unavailability of a listed property, or any personal injury or property damage suffered by a renter or a renter’s guests or invitees.

National Event Rental is not responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material supplied by the lister/advertiser.

This Web Site may display the trademarks of other companies for the convenience of the user. National Event Rental LLC wants to make it clear to the user that the display of other’s trademarks is not intended to indicate that a license, permission, affiliation, endorsement or other relationship exists between the owner of the trademark and National Event Rental LLC.  Trademarks (whether or not registered) used on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used herein solely for convenience. The use on this Web Site of trademarks owned or claimed by other parties should not be construed as a challenge to the status or ownership of those trademarks.  National Event Rental LLC disclaims any proprietary interest in trademarks other than its own.

National Event Rental disclaims responsibility for compliance with federal, state or local rules, requirements or ordinances with respect to any transactions between a lister or property owner and a renter including but not limited to tax obligations.  National Event Rental assumes no obligation to assure such compliance for rental transactions arising from the use of this Web Site.
