What are you listing fees? We do not have any listing fees, our listing service is absolutely free!
Do you screen renters or property owners? No.We suggest that property owners take necessary precautions to ensure renters are trustworthy. Likewise, renters must assure themselves that property owners are legitimate and that the property is available.
Do you provide leasing forms? We provide links to third party sources for leasing forms. By using our links, you may qualify for a discount on most products.
When will my listing appear? Your listing will appear immediately.
How long will my listing appear? Your listing will remain posted until you remove it. Please ensure that your listing is kept up-to-date, especially after the conclusion of the event.
Do I have to pay hotel tax? Please check with your state or local tax authority to determine if you would owe any taxes.
What if I don’t get paid? What if the property is not as described? Please make every effort to ensure that the party you are dealing with is legitimate and trustworthy. National Event Rental is a listing service only, does not screen renters or property owners, and is not responsible for anything beyond providing a listing service. If either of these or other unfortunate situations occurs, please report then to us so that we can improve our services.
How do I place a listing? First register for an account. Login, then select "Add Property". Complete the fields, including meta descriptions and keywords to help put your listing in search engine results. Please note, pictures can be uploaded only after you save your listing once.
Why can't I upload pictures? Pictures can be uploaded only after your property has been saved an initial time. Please save your listings once, then return to edit the property. The picture upload form is at the bottom of the page.
Will my address be shown? No. For privacy and safety reasons we do not list your address. However, we do encourage owners to paste a map link from google maps, yahoo maps, or mapquest at their own discretion.
How do I contact a property owner? For the property that you are interested in, just fill out the Inquiry form at the bottom of the posting. An email will be sent to the property owner. It is then the owner’s decision if they would like to follow up or not.
Will the landlord contact information be shown? No. Renters will only see pictures and description of the property. They will not see your name, phone, email, or other contact information.
Can I link to other web sites? Please limit any hyperlinks to personal pages describing your property. All hyperlinks will be reviewed, and any prohibited content will result in removal of listing and no refund. Prohibited content includes spam, non-related sites, email addresses, etc.
How do I remove a listing that I posted? If you wish to remove your listing before the event end date, just login to your account and select "Manage My Properties". Select the property you wish to delete and click to edit it. Scroll toward the bottom and select "unpublished".
I forgot my password or username, what can I do? How do I change my password? Click the “forgot password” or "forgot username" link in the registration/login window. An email will be sent to your address with instructions on how to change your password.
How do I register? Please click the “Create An Account” link in the registration/login window. Fill out the required fields and submit the form. An email will be sent to verify and complete the registration.
